I don’t really jump on new design tools pretty often. I still use Fireworks, Photoshop and Illustrator for UI design. But I’ve been looking for a new tool to streamline my process.

The other day, I just happened to be looking at a few developer job listing. (don't worry I'm very happy at my current job). I noticed companies and clients are not making a distinction between, front end, back end and database developers/architects. In some cases, this can be seen as a problem.

I can remember a time when you started on a new job and you were sent to a training class or seminar of some kind. The course taut you how to effectively excel in your position. Your new employer would even pay for the class.

Its seem like I'm the only designer/developers that likes using PC over Mac. (I know, I know most of my design friends still laugh at me ) However for me I'm just much faster using a PC then a Mac.
